Priority or hot/cold slots help you to meet the right person at the right time.
Here in this slot setup, click on Hot if you want to make a specific slot on a day a priority slot.
How to qualify a visitor as a hot lead?
Go to Ideal customer profiles under company settings
Here you can use the data captured from visitors or data pulled from your CRMs to set up a condition that will identify if a visitor is hot or cold.
For example, here the visitor is set to hot if he is from the United States and has a website. So whenever someone who doesn't match the condition comes, we'll show only the low-priority slots!
You need to set up Fields to capture custom data inputs from visitors.
If you have a CRM then you need to sync those fields with CRM fields.
